Life's little pleasures are so worth it.

Today I had this

and holy hell was it good.

I only had one cup. I have no remorse about this.

I thought of you!

I was excited that it didn't have any HFCS or partially hydrogenated oils in it. I can't believe stores have holiday candy out already. It's like the world wants us fat! So sad.

Going Primal.

Five months ago I decided I wanted to start living a healthy lifestyle. I've cut out 85% of processed foods and now consume mostly organic and raw produce, as well as pasture-raised eggs and antibiotic- and hormone-free meats. I feel like I've gone as far as I can on my own though and want to stir things up a bit, so I've decided to go Primal.

As I get more comfortable with it, I'll get more strict with my goals. For now, I'm working toward being 100% Primal by the end of September, with both food and fitness.
