Day 34

Meal #1 9:30am
pot roast
potatoes, carrots, celery and onions



Comments:
I don't have any more pastured eggs. Even though I really want the new sausage I got, I decided to eat leftovers instead.

Meal #2 2:30pm
BBQ sirloin
two slices of bacon
pepper slices



Comments:
This barbecue sauce *The site is down right now. I'll link it tomorrow.* was recommended awhile ago, and I forgot about it until I saw it at Whole Foods yesterday. This is the single greatest barbecue sauce I've ever eaten. If it didn't seem so wrong, I would contemplated eating it by the spoonful. When I finished my meat, I scooped up the rest of it with my peppers.

eta at 3pm:
more sirloin
pumpkin puree with cinnamon



Comments:
I have been so hungry all day. I figured I'd just eat more actual food than risk snacking 20 minutes from now.


Meal #3 6:15pm
BBQ turkey tenderloins
steamed carrots and broccoli



Comments:
I made brown rice for everyone else. I didn't have any though. I was really proud of myself for that.

Snack #1 7pm
apple with almond butter

Comments:
I made more almond butter today. It was warm and gooey and delicious. We had an unprecedented before teeth brushing snack. It was delicious!

EotD Comments:
At some point today—a few points actually—I had undocumented pie. It's just so good and I have no willpower today. It's not entirely not Primal, but I should just have this willpower thing better under control.
