Snack #1 9:15am
slice of bacon
*No picture required! It was just a slice of bacon!*
Comments:
Okay, so not an actual snack, but I needed a little something and I knew I'd be having a late breakfast.
Meal #1 12pm
Two scrambled eggs
vegetables:
organic regular and purple potatoes, carrots, fire roasted peppers, onions, zucchini
Mozzarella cheese
Mandarin orange slices
coffee
Comments:
This is my favorite thing from my favorite restaurant.
Apple Orchard Donut 2:30pm
Comments:
*insert clever expletive that is holy inappropriate for the kind of blog I'm going for* These donuts are so freaking good. There is nothing like them. I'm going to totally regret this later, but at the moment, I don't even care. Maybe the sweet greasy drippings are actually good for me.

It's 3:45pm and so far so good on the feeling not utterly disgusting.
Meal #2 3:15pm
handful of Crunchy Curls with raspberry salsa*
Alaskan cod leftovers
carrots and Brussels sprouts
two slices of bacon
glass of orange juice
Comments:
I was pretty much just taste testing the salsa. There are tomatoes in it. I'm hoping the combination of tomatoes and sugar don't adversely affect me too much.
The leftovers are still good, although the bacon was the best part. I left three Brussels sprouts.
*Not pictured. Three grams of sugar per two tablespoons.
eta:
I had another donut. They are just so good and I surprisingly didn't have any horrible reaction from them. Then I walked for an hour.
Snack #1 6:15pm
celery sticks with mascarpone, cinnamon and nutmeg and raisins
special apples with almond butter
Comments:
The apples are really good. They did surprisingly kind of make my tongue hurt.
Meal #3 9:45pm
Romaine and spinach
diced pepper, apples, goat cheddar and onions
3.5 slices of bacon
hard boiled egg (it had two yolks!)
bacon fat dressing
Comments:
This is a new staple. This is my consistent back up meal. So freaking good.
