Day 18

Meal #1 10am
two pastured eggs
three slices of bacon

Such pretty eggs!





Comments:
I slept in a bit today. I needed it after the workout I had last night. I feel great today though!

Snack #1 1:15pm
smoothie
20 assorted nuts





Comments:
I had a handful of raspberries earlier too. The farmer's market was awesome today. I got to talk tomatoes with my tomato guy's son and show off all my tomato-y knowledge. I'm sad that I can't eat any of them now, but it's still fun to know what I'm talking about.

Meal #2 4pm
tuna with avocado and red peppers



Comments:
I walked five or six miles and worked up an appetite. I feel amazing today! No body issues with bloating or feeling funky. My lower back is a little tender, but otherwise things are fantastic!

Snack #2 5:30pm
banana and almond butter sandwiches with homegrown raspberries



Comments:
Not my homegrown—my tomato guy's. They are amazing though.

Meal #3 10:45pm
Coconut Curry Chicken with shrimp



Comments:
So hungry. I wanted this over an hour ago, but decided to go to the store and get some cauliflower. Then when I got home, I couldn't find my steamer. Oh well. No cauliflower afterall.

sirloin with avocado and pepper
