2 eggs
light sauteing of red peppers, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, tomato
coconut oil, basil, pepper
Comments:
I was getting full by the end, but it seems like such a small amount of food. If my meals are always this small and I always get full, I'm going to have to eat every hour and a half if I follow how my body tells me it feels about the food. Ugh.
Snack #1 11am
smoothie
handful of nuts, mostly almonds and then some cashews, pecans and pistachios
Meal #2 2:15pm
Ginger Garlic OJ Chicken w/vegetables
Snack #2 3:30pm
apple and strawberries with almond butter
Meal #3 5:30pm
can of tuna with avocado and tomato and pepper slices
Snack #3 9:30pm
handful of nuts
Comments:
I was out and so hungry and everything at the store looked unbelievably good and I didn't actually want any of it. So I settled for a snack in the car...on the way to get ice cream...
Dessert 10:30pm
bowl of coconut milk mint chip ice cream sprinkled with 4-5 crushed walnuts
bowl of popcorn
Comments:
The ice cream was phenomenal. Mmmm. The popcorn not so much. Interesting thing is that I ate the popcorn anyway. It's been awhile since I've eaten something I wasn't very interested in.
Meal #4 12am
Chicken with steamed cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms
Comments:
I meant to eat this actual meal after the ice cream but then I got sidetracked. It's much later than I want to be eating, but I'm hungry. I'll stay up for a couple hours so I can digest some. I love and hate that this tastes better than the ice cream.
