1/2 red pepper, handful of carrot matchsticks, broccoli sauteed with coconut oil, basil, oregano and pepper
Snack #1 10:30am
Smoothie
coconut kefir, frozen blueberries, banana, 2tbsp almond butter, 1tbsp coconut oil.
Meal #3 1pm
Tuna with < tbsp mayo on thin sandwich bread with carrots, avocado and tomato
pepper slices
Snack #2 2pm
Apple with almond butter
Meal #4 6pm
Garlic Ginger Chicken with Orange Juice Sauce
